We stayed in 2 units with a total of 8 family members, would have had room for more as they are very spacious. Manager was friendly and helpful. They were just completing renovations on the swimming pool area, but the work was not disruptive and the finished product was beautiful. The condos seemed pretty well booked up, but the beach area never felt crowded. There was always enough chairs and shade. We used one of the BBQ grills to cook supper a couple of nights. Bought fish at the fish market in Georgetown. The snorkeling was pretty good right off the beach and it was an easy walk to go to the cemetary beach for more snorkeling. We had 2nd floor units with an awesome ocean view from our balconies. Would definitely book here again.

My family of three, two adults and a ten years old child, stayed in a two bedroom apartment for eleven nights, in august 2011. It was our first time in Grand Cayman and we choose CCC, based on the good reviews on Tripadvisor and in particular the "rencos" one. It was a great choice. The condo is well kept and all the staff is very friendly. Our unit had everything you needed, plenty of space, a full size kitchen, two bathrooms. The beach is just two steps away and it's outstanding, the sea is perfect for snorkeling or just relax in the warm water. Christopher Columbus Condos is perfect for families, and we definitely would like to come back.

We decided to stay at the Christopher Columbus Condos mainly based on the good reviews on Tripadvisor.com and we were NOT disappointed. We stayed in Unit 28 (penthouse with ocean view) and it was fabulous. It was a little more work to get up the stairs (no elevator) but it was totally worth it!! The view was amazing and the balcony was nice and spacious. The unit was very comfortable and nicely appointed and the only feature I thought was a little odd was that the bedroom with the attached bathroom (presumably the master), was located at the back of the condo instead of oceanside. There was plenty of cabana space and my dad loved lounging in one of their two hammocks. There was a small reef right off their beach which was really nice. Bottom line- we love our trip to Grand Cayman, we thought the Christopher Columbus was wonderful, and we are definitely planning on going back.

Unbelievable sweeping ocean views and great snorkling. We loved it! We stayed in the penthouse suite, which gave our family of 5 plenty of space. Our kids, ages 10-15, snorkled every day on the beach behind the condos and saw sea turtles, porcupine fish, and more. We can't wait to come back!
