Biras is really meant for couples. There is very little night life and that is how it should be. The Biras Creek Resort is a beautiful, luxurious place to spend time with your special someone. Replace the party scene with a beautiful sunset. Get up for the sunrise and watch the rays come into shore to feed, while a lone shark glides through the shallows. We love Relais & Chateaux hotels and this one ticks every box. Great staff who are friendly and want to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. Good food, wonderful scenery, lovely rooms with very comfy bed (but no bath and a bit dated). Understated luxury with no flashy marble which suits the surroundings. We loved the little boats that could be taken out - great fun. Would definitely return and highly recommend it for a romantic break.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The food is average at best. Breakfast is awful. I have a gluten allergy and they did nothing to accommodate this at all. We went into Tortola one day and the concierge gave us the wrong time to meet the boat coming back so we sat at the dock for two hours. She also gave us then wrong time when we were leaving so we lost almost four hours in the morning that we were sitting and waiting. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, way to expensive for really poor service.

Just completed our fourth trip to Biras and glad to say it still is our favorite place for so many reasons. Wonderful physical layout with the restaurant on a promontory overlooking the property, a lovely beach, hiking trails and privately sited rooms. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet with great ocean views. Very good food. And, most of all, the greatest staff in the world. Staff is really a misnomer. They are friends and simply delightful to be with. We look forward to more visits in the future.
