Stayed at the Marina for a night during a 8 day charter. The Marina was nice and clean. Free water, which is hard to find in the BVI and the marina fees were low. The only complaint that night was the noise from the bar. There was a wedding on shore and the bar and restaurant was rocking all night with a less than stellar band. The bathrooms were very dirty and in the morning, all toilets backed up. Better to shower on the docks in the old phone booth! I would still recommend but they really need to ensure they keep their grounds clean!

Read mixed reviews on site so was not sure what to expect. Letica on reservations and front desk could not have been more helpful. Rooms were showing their age, but fine for the price. If you want 5 star plushness then stay elsewhere. Food at the bar / club was very good. Michael Bean's show made our stay - we all loved it. We had a hire car, so we could explore, which I think is essential. Speedy's rental were very good - their customer service exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I had been dreaming of visiting the BVI’s for as long as we can remember and this past February we finally decided to go. We were on a budget and needed a place that was inside our price range so we expected Leverick Bay to be a simple hotel with basic amenities. After arriving we were so pleased to find that all we needed was right there: a mini-mart, two restaurants, various shops, a small beach, self-service laundry, a pool with a charming little pool bar and even a spa. The rooms were clean and spacious but honestly we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sun and the delicious drinks over by the pool bar. On our first night we saw the famous Michael Beans show right by the pool bar. My wife even got to participate in the show, I got such a kick out of that! On Saturday the hotel staff arranged a day sail for us aboard Bravura (this sailboat is conveniently docked at the Leverick marina so we did not have to travel far to reach it). We visited beautiful Savanah Bay, went snorkeling in Norman Island and had a delicious lunch prepared for us aboard the sailboat. On our last night we decided to splurge and dine at the upstairs restaurant. Note: the prices are a little on the expensive side but so worth it. Each plate was delicately crafted and the flavors were spectacular. It was the perfect ending to a perfect vacation. We only spent a weekend at Leverick and we definitely wish we had stayed longer. We had a fantastic time! Thanks to the friendly staff for making our stay such a memorable one!

After reading this last review I can’t help but wonder, did we stay at the same hotel? I visited Leverick Bay about a month and a half ago for Christmas vacation and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay there. I found the room to be quite decent and the service was great. I did a bit of research before booking Leverick Bay, and in comparison to other resorts in Virgin Gorda, the price for the room was more than reasonable. It might not have been as luxurious as one might wish for on a Caribbean vacation, but I feel that for what we paid, the resort was more than adequate. Our view from the room was spectacular; plus the resort’s location is very centric and convenient for visiting other sights in Virgin Gorda. The pool is small but my kids really enjoyed it; at the same time, I could have my drinks over at the beach bar without having to worry about my kids being too far away. Although the food was quite expensive, I really liked some of their plates, especially the rack of lamb. And the nighttime entertainment was a lot of fun, especially the Michael Beans show! I would recommend this resort for any family seeking a relaxed, yet fun, activity-packed vacation.
