It does not make sense to reserve a room in advance with a credit card. This does not guarantee you a room if they are overbooked. Be aware, and be very careful !!

i have stayed at the tuxedo villas on numerous occasions, however this around the one who keeps me from coming back no longer works there, Neil was the best! he helped with everything and ensure our stay was great even if the hotel needed renovations...Without Neil Tuxedo Villas is crap.. The new Mangement doesnt care with your problemss, she has an attitude that is not tolerable...the ac dont work, pool not clean, house keeping job sucks, where is deborah>? its like the owner took out all the best staff he had and settle for a cheaper staff with low working quality ! He nneds to get bk NEil to gain my heart and im sure others who have had this experience and met hjim. Great Location, Very bad/ poor management!!

We have stayed here many times in the past 10 years, usually for a week or two. We also stay in the south for a while, but this was always the place we looked forward to - great location, nice layout, peaceful, small pool. BUT, this year is different. Nothing has been maintained properly. Half of the AC units don't work, the pump in the pool is broken (but they did not want to admit to the problem), the shower door doesn't stay closed (I'm using my hair clip to hold it), and now we have run out of water. There is a water shortage on the island due to drought, but the plumbing is actually broken here. Staff has not been paid for quite some time, even though they mostly are working hard. Rumors are flying about investigations and bankruptcy - who knows if it's true, but this is not the place to stay right now.

I have stayed at the Tuxedo villas three times in the past four years during jazz. The location is great for the beach/ night life. We always rent a car and there is off road parking. I would recommend it to anyone who visits the island. It is set back from the road so there is no noise.The rooms are cleaned every day and friendly staff.
