This was the first visit for me and my husband to St Lucia.We had originally been at the sister hotel next door,The St Lucian by Rex.After a problem with the air conditioning we were transferred to The Royal.Everyone from the management,housekeeping and gardening staff were very friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble .The room was spacious and very clean.We would definately go back as we were made to feel so welcome.Thank you all for a holiday of a lifetime,in such beautiful suroundings

Situated on the best beach on the island, the Royal by Rex Resorts provided the best holiday my wife and I have experienced. The dining in L'epicure and the adjacent Chic restaurant was exceptional as was the service given by the very attentive bar and waiting staff. Chef Fabian is a star. Our accommodation was outstanding and well maintained throughout our stay. Reception was well staffed and always helpful and the Guest Relations Officer, Narissa, is worthy of special mention. The swim-up bar, pool and grounds are as in the brochure! Many thanks to all concerned including Richard Bryson MD of MRI(UK) Ltd and James Prosper GM of Royal. We travelled after the main UK Summer holidays and avoided the busy period which included a free upgrade by BA! This hotel is definitely worth a visit and we have no hesitation in recommending.

We are regular visitors to St Lucia and this is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was large cool,spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day with beautifully cooked food well presented. The staff are exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble.

This was a return holiday from 6 years prior and we were not dissapointed . Rooms and the hotel itself have had a facelift since before. The food was plentiful and varied the staff very friendly and helpful especially the manager on his cocktail evening.
The hotel is ideally situated as the beach is beautiful and on walking out of the hotel front you find plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. Cannot fault the hotel at all .Well done!
