The folks at Juliana's and The Tropics restaurant were nothing but fantastic! Of course Saba is beautiful, but Johanna, Wynn, Paul and Chris and the rest of the staff were outstanding! The food was great, the drinks were great and they were lots of fun to be around. When we come back to Saba this is where we want to stay!!!

Our large SCUBA group was welcomed the week of 16-23 May 2009 by the owners and staff of Juliana's--they were great hosts! The resort is clean, well appointed, and made for a wonderful week away from home. The staff went out of their way to help us with any little need or want, were quick to arrange transportation, or suggest outings, tours, or activities. The restaurant on premises, Tropics, was outstanding for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and gladly suggested other alternatives if our mood called for something else. We have stayed at Juliana's for the past two years. This year we stayed there for two weeks and by the end of the second day it felt like home. The staff is excpetional, very polite and respectful. The owners, well I think of them more as friends now. We spent many days and nights getting to know the staff and owners and because of them we would not stay anywhere else on the island. The owners were kind enough to take us down to Wells Bay twice, when they had no plans of going down there. They really went over and above to make our vacation special!

The view is breath taking. The rooms are comfortable and have everything that you could possibly need on vacation. We had no problems with the internet, except maybe using it too much on vacation.

The restaurant is to die for. Paul and Chris have worked very hard to make the restaurant into what it is, they should be very proud. The time and effort that they have put into it has really paid off, the food is heavenly, the desserts are divine and the tipsy pineapples are dangerous. The breakfast that is included with the room is more than enough; everything was absolutely delicious, whether it was an omelet or a bagel. If you want something a little more you can order side items that are fairly priced, remember you are on Saba EVERYTHING needs to be shipped in.

All in all, we love Juliana's! We have had an offer to stay at a private home next year for free but we feel like we have to go back to Juliana's! It just wouldn't feel right not staying there. There are few places in the world that you stay once and the second time you stay there they say "welcome back" and they actually remember you, this is the kind of place Juliana's is. We would never think of staying anywhere else! We really can’t convey how wonderful Juliana’s and how wonderful they made our vacation. We can’t wait for next year!!

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The staff were all amazing. The location is great -- you can walk to most places you need to. The restaurant is very good. The hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are on the simple side but we were very comfortable. The view is stunning. You can't go wrong here. Saba is a special place. Everyone was very friendly.
