The hotel was exacatly as expected. It was a clean, quiet and comfortable property. Between our limited French and the staff's limited English we were able communicate adequately.
The property is within walking distance of Diamant so you could buy your fresh baguette every morning.
A car is a must.
Definitely good value for your money.

We stayed 11 nights recently in this hotel with two young (2+4) kids and very much enjoyed it.

The location of the Hotel is faboulous, apartments are scattared on a hillside at a relatively large area. Virtually all rooms have a view to the Caribbean Sea, the Diamant Rock and the nearby hills as well.

The room facilities are truly basic, if you head up for a mostly self catered holiday, it's ideal, though car rental is essential. Shops are widely available in Diamant (3-5 minutes by car from the hotel).

The pool is large and gorgeous, this time of the year the hotel was running on half house during weekdays, so there were plenty of sunbeds available.

The downside of the place is that in reality it's rather an apartment complex with some limited hotel kind services. Cleaning was provided on a quite unpredictable intervalls (sometime every 2-3 day, sometimes every day...?), except the fair but simple breakfast, the restaurant is closed. There is limited takeaway dinner service provided for few hours (7PM-8.30PM), offering few variety of pizzas and a daily choice.

Staff in general speaks very limited english - for any complex question you'd better to have somebody with vocational french knowledge -, while some of them were friendly and polite others are just so-so if not rude...

I'd particularly recommend the place if you want to discover the island and able to catch a bargain deal at the hotel, but anything closer to the rack rate would not worth I guess.

This Hotel is quite clean & well managed. No beach available although, located right along the sea coast, but a swimming pool is available. Room clean and basically furnished. Music late in the evening on our arrival day (saturday), late up to 23.00, better to know this if you are looking for a quiet sleep. Air conditioning little bit noisy but efficient. To summarize, nothing to criticize but not so much charming.
