We stayed at the Villa Sevilla in the La Casita from 1/28/2012 to 2/2/2012. The Villa Sevilla is not luxury lodging but comfortable little homes that are perfectly adequate set in a beautiful park like landscape. The high ratings received by Wally and Marina are well deserved. They have carefully thought of every need of their guests. From the walking sticks, to the beach equipment, the ponchos for the rain forest, the cooking apron for the barbecue with the lighter in the pocket, emergency candles and flashlights for when the power goes out, each detail has been carefully thought of and provided for. It’s like a friend inviting you to stay in their second house and telling you to use whatever you need. This is a place that I will certainly hope to return too, whenever I’m in Puerto Rico.

Thanks Wally and Marina for all your hospitality. Our family of 3 grand children, daughter, son in law and grand parents enjoyed the home and property. The grand children really loved the pool and the dogs. Thanks again for all!

We stayed at Pablo's Place in the Villa Sevilla Guest House from January 16-22, 2012. Wally and Marina were excellent hosts. The house and surroundings, including a beautiful garden and pool, were amazing. We had an amazing view of the rainforest and Atlantic Ocean. Once we made our reservation, Wally and Marina immediately sent us information and advise on the area, potential tours, recommended car rental company, and other items we would not have known beforehand. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome from both Marina and Wally, and Wally went over the grounds and house. They have also compiled an in-depth binder with suggested activities, maps, restaurants, and other information that proved very useful. We did not leave the house without this binder. Every night it was amazing to hear the coquis- it truly felt like we were falling asleep in a paradise. Right at the house, we could see a variety of bird species, including a red-legged thrush, bannaquits, etc. The other reason we chose to stay here was because of the nice central and tranquil location. It did not take that much time to travel to Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest, Luquillo Beach, and Fajardo. Pablo's Place ranks as one of our top places that we have stayed at while on vacation. We hope to return one day and would strongly recommend staying at the Villa Sevilla to others.

Just returned from a long weekend in PR and Wally and Marina's place was the perfect spot. Stayed in La Casita and it was exactly as expected (shown on website). Clean, comfortable and amazing view and better owners who care about the place, the guests and PR. Easy to get in and out and around PR. Besides the roosters and coqui, several of the cutest ambassadors (dogs) walk the grounds making sure everyone feels welcome and at home. Looking forward to a return visit and stay!
