Just returned from a long weekend in PR and Wally and Marina's place was the perfect spot. Stayed in La Casita and it was exactly as expected (shown on website). Clean, comfortable and amazing view and better owners who care about the place, the guests and PR. Easy to get in and out and around PR. Besides the roosters and coqui, several of the cutest ambassadors (dogs) walk the grounds making sure everyone feels welcome and at home. Looking forward to a return visit and stay!

The La Casita cabin at Villa Sevilla is a comfortable, well equipped accomodation in a beautiful setting near the El Yunque rainforest. What gives it an "excellent" rating in my view is the obvious care that the hosts Wally and Marina strive for in making your vacation experience the best it can be. We knew this from the start, when our advance emails asking for advice on things to do in the area were promptly responded to. When we arrived the cabin had a guest binder available packed with suggested things to do, restaurants to try etc. And every morning of our stay one of Wally or Marina stopped by to answer questions, make suggestions etc.As a result, we made the most of our stay in the area and saw and did things that we really enjoyed doing.

The 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house was just right for our family of four. View and property so relaxing and beautiful. Pool area perfect. Kitchen nicely equipped. Beds comfy and everything very clean. Hosts considerate and provide a comprehensive book with activities and directions to everything. Property up high (about 20 minutes from the main road). Walked to the river and swim hole from the house. Great! Terrific location to points west on the island (El Yunque, great beaches). Only warning is if you plan on using the Internet, it doesn't really work from the small house. Thanks to Marina and Wally for all the nice touches (fresh bread, fruit, advice, games, vacation books, etc). Highly recommend this property if you want a nice house to relax yet be close to many wonderful sites of Puerto Rico

My husband, children I spent spring break in Rio Grande and chose Villa Sevilla as our home base due to reviews on Trip Advisor. What a great choice! We stayed in the 2 bedroom/1 bath home. It was perfect for our family of 4. Wally and Marina are exceptional hosts. The grounds are plenty for roaming, the roosters crow all day and night (but I loved it), the coqui frogs never stopped (again, I loved it - it's all part of the experience) and the waters at the end were breathtaking (albeit a very steep trip down to them). We cannot wait to come back to visit Wally and Marina. It has already been over a year and I would love to come again. The drive from the airport was not bad either.
