My adult daughter and I stayed here one night during our six-day tour of Puerto Rico. We were simply looking for a decent place to stay in between places on our tour - and the Quality Inn met that need. I had concerns about staying here based on reviews - about it being in the middle of a race track and the presence of mosquitos. Neither were an issue. When we arrived, we did notice that races were going on; the front desk staff recommended the garden side (opposite the track side), and we did not hear the race noise at all inside the room. At check in we were given a can of "Off" bug spray - which did concern us some. However, we did not encounter a bug inside or outside the room. We did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. The breakfast in the morning was good. The garden areas were a nice bonus; we took pictures there to remember the occasion. FYI, I did use Choice Privileges points instead of paying cash for the room, but I would have paid for it if I had no points.

We needed a place to stop overnight enroute to our next location and came across this place. The staff at the reception desk were polite, helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms, while clean, are really in need of an overhaul. The room looked rather worn out and dated. It was fine for a late night arrival/place to sleep but I wouldn't stay there otherwise.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff at the desk and the security guard were very friendly and helpful. It was very reasonably priced. The pool and breakfast were very good. There is a charming pond with turtles and large goldfish on the grounds. It is right next to a raceway but we didn't notice the noise in our room and I'm pretty sure it was a race night. There were very few guests when we stayed which was kind of good in that we got the pool to ourselves. If you are visiting the south coast this hotel is a good place to stay.

THOUSANDS of mosquitoes...even inside the room. The only solution the front desk gave e was a can of OFF!!! The place was intolerable; even inside the pool you heard the mosquitoes flying all over your head. Well..I just left at 8pm and went around Ponce with some local friends and then stay on their house until 5:30 in the morning. I took my time to write this paragraph is because I was sooo disappointed…BETTER STAY ON YOUR CAR!!!
