Despedida de Año-2011, fue espectacular, musica en vivo, las facilidades estan excelentes, gimnasio, salon de juegos, casino, piscina, playa y las habitaciones espaciosas. Centro Comercial cerca para compras y comidas. Restaurantes dentro del Hotel y en areas cercanas. Fue un fin de semana inolvidable, lo recomiendo y mas cuando hay una celebracion especial como esta ocasion. DISFRUTALO

Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The one bedroom with living room/sofa bed offers a full kitchen that affords plenty of space for a small family. The stay comes with use of embassy suites pool and beach. Although very clean, the condo could use a bit of updating and is the only reason I gave it an average rating.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was quite reluctant to book a reservation at this hotel but I must say I was pleasently surprised. After more than 20 minutes looking for the entrance which is not properly indentified we arrived to the parking area were greeted by a security guard who was checking a list to make sure we were hotel guest. I felt very secure already. As we got to the reception area we found a line which was alittle slow but manageable, and were greeted by a nice gentelman who explained everything we needed to know about our stay. When we arrived to our room we found a nice, clean room. It wasn't the most luxurious but for the price it was efficient. (The rug was really worn). The best part was the amazing view!!! Breath taking!!!! The pool was beautiful and the service of the waiters was good. We saw security guards patroling our floors constantly and again we felt very secure. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and we had to ask for extra towels and sheets a couple times but no big deal. Overall we had a very good time and will like to come back next year. P.S. for the price don't except the Ritz this is a fairly priced hotel with beautiful views and good service. Be realistic!

We stayed at GSV on August 2011 once we arrived at the hotel front desk was not a great help them seem to know nothing, As soon that we got to the room it had a foul smell and the roof was leaking!!The Bed spread was disgusting me and my family have a rash from these sheets because the bed spread and the pillow and the mattress are disgusting PLEASE THINK TWICE WHEN YOU SHOWER THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD!! The rug was old and dirty & wet. Housekeeping service is very poor they don't clean your room and when you ask them to they give a nasty attiudue they leave your room and your service because your staying at GSV. Another thing don't go with a lot of information because they don't know anything & if you rent a car your paying for the parking. NO WIFI YOU MUST PAY $15 FOR 24 HOURS!! The beach is disgusting.
