The room smelled like pee and looked dirty, there was no drinks in fridge, no bags in the trash cans, and the most nasty thing ever hairs from other people in the shower....WTF?! Im not coming back to this hotel NEVER EVER AGAIN, for what I payed I expected some quality and at leats some cleanliness.

We have made this hotel our Puerto Rican destination for the past 4 years! Yes, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the restaurants, the free daily breakfast, the lunches at the Blue Seahorse Restaurant (especially the hamburgers!), the free evening Happy Hour, the Paradise Cafe dinners, are all SPECTACULAR! The most important reason we return year after year is the customer service! Every staff member we encountered on this trip (9 days) was smiling, friendly, and offered their assistance should we need something during our stay. This attitude is directly attributable to the leadership provided by the hotel's general manager, Marisol Colon. We have already reserved rooms for 2013!

we arrived by taxie from the airport.
Staff is lovely and the room although may need an update is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Hector the bell man is very helpful to get us a car and book excurisions.
The beach and water is very beautiful,but could use some raking.
the pools are lovely and a very nice hot tub as well.

I had a few problems trying toschedule time at the spa, but all worked out.
The girl was very quiet but gave a great peddy.

The location of Embassy Suites in Dorado is beautiful. Sadly though the food and beverage directors need to reconsider juices from mixes and poor quality of breakfast food mostly but food service overall was below average
