I went to San Juan for a quick get away with my girlfriend. We stayed at this place because it claimed it was close to the action and decently priced. The beach is right around the corner and that was awesome. However for four days we only received a pair of clean towels once. On the second day I managed to sneak our second and last pair of clean towels out of the closet. The lovely woman at the front desk apologized for the lack of towels and explained that the hotel was at capacity. One day we came back to our rooms and discovered that a rug has been placed In our bathroom, but the linen were never changed (the entire trip until we asked the woman for new sheets), the trash bags didn't have liners and the sad excuse for hangers in the closet an barely hold a jacket. BUT there is air conditioner, a small fridge and a small flat screen TV to pick up the slack. Two hotel employees, Manny and Yanira made our stay exceptional and fun. Without them I'm not sure if the hotel would have been worthy of going back. Also!! We took cabs everyday to town when we were a safe 15 min walk away! Location is Perfect!! Pool is small and not even in sunlights path. But the beach is less than a minute away.

I spend a short night sleeping in this hotel. The room is small but comfortable enough. They charge our additional friend but refuse to provide extra bed or any alternatives, which is not reasonable.
The location is good, one block from the beach.

I stayed here for one night... Service was good. Breakfast and parking is free. Had to change room because toilet and T.V. didn't work, bed was kinda hard and air conditioner wasn't that cold. But overall it was a good stayed. Had a tasty San Juan Sunrise thanks to the front desk clerk ;) and the is awesome!

The host was wonderful, great customer service skills, the lounge, bistro, and bar area very chic. I just wish the apartment had more to offer in style as well. In terms of cleanliness it was dingy. Shower floor seemed dirty had to through towel on shower floor to step on, covers on futon had stains (?), the headboard was rattling to any movement, the mattress (all 3 beds) were sinking in the middle, no room darkening shades/curtains-apartment faces courtyard & has bright lighting that lights up your room, even with the lights inside being turned off. They need to realize, if they want referrals and return stays, they need to revamp their 23 rooms and revamp the maintenance employees. Overall, I did enjoy my stay, took advantage of their ammenities, ie pool, lounge and mango martini was great as so was the tapas (chorizzo in wine sauce)!!
