The Good - Great coffee, plenty of hot water, a great view of Kingston, close to Catherine's Peak (advance permission required to drive) and numerous other hiking opportunities.
The Bad - It's not clean, needs paint and a source of heat other than the stove burners at night. The coffee maker had the remains of the last use (apparently quite some time ago) so it was like a Petri dish. The sheets did not smell very good. The rugs and dishes needed washing and most surfaces were grimy and/or sticky.
Be advised - If you want to drive from here to the north side of the island (which is spectacular) take a four-wheel drive vehicle as there are several land slides which have taken out the roads requiring challenging detours.
