“Priceless and Unique Vacation Memories”

I traveled to Port Antonio with a college course and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The location is serene and absolutely gorgeous. You will have the opportunity to meet locals and engage with them as well as enjoy the privacy and peacefulness this resort has to offer. You can hike the CunnhaCunnha or bathe in the stream down from the cabins, this trip offers adventure, relaxation, education, and also the opportunity to participate and support a local ecotourism establishment.
I recommend the Ambassabeth Cabins to educational groups, romantics/couples, and also for young adult travelers.

“LOVED the Ambassabeth Cabin Experience”

In all of my travels, I have found no place as endearing as the Ambassabeth Cabins. The ambiance of the cabins and the surrounding area made me feel completely emersed in Jamaican culture. From the colors of the cabins to the patterns in the linens, I felt as though I was truly a part of Jamaica.
The most exciting/memorable parts of my stay were my interactions with the people there. They were the warmest, kindest group of people I have ever met! They anticipated ever need that I had, but more importantly, they offered friendship and an expansive ecological and cultural knowledge. They shared their stories with me and taught me so much more about my surroundings than any guidebook could have ever done.
I hope that anyone visiting near Port Antonio, no, anyone visiting Jamaica, makes time to stay at the Ambassabeth cabins. You receive a fully emersive understanding of the beauty of the Jamaican landscape, the depth of Jamaican culture, and the absolutely amazing Jamaican people.

“I miss The Kitchen Ladies!”

I learned so much during my stay here that this review could be endless, but the most important thing is that I see the Bowden Pen Farmers as heroes. To build, maintain, and improve Ambassabeth Cabins, along with the Cunha-Cunha Pass and now, Neem Park, proves that through unity, even the most exploited communities can create success. It is a very beautiful place nature-wise, but the music, dancing, food and people are also special.

It was easy to relax here (get some natural insect repellent in Port Antonio before driving up, since OFF smells nasty, and the Airport Security will confiscate it anyway) but also easy to keep busy. I like farm animals so my favorite day was was going to learn about how the Farmers take care of goats and pigs.
