I was in Haiti to work with a missionary group and our stay there it was passable, would arrive tired and order a meal we had to wait 2-3 hours and when we were bringing her want to sleep, some employees
Were very friendly but some seemed to bother when you asked for somenthing, really need to learn more about costumer service.
There is a bar inside the hotel and the bartender got angry every time we entered and asked for, not many speak english and most of the time did not understand one and what they believed were bringing.
