Made a reservation for a two night business trip and was delighted to be treated to a fabulous upgrade to a suite. This hotel is charming and clean. The colors are bright and beautiful. Food is good and staff is friendly.

My first time staying in a Hotel Kinami, usually stay with my grandma in PAP, but since my boyfriend came with... Well I love the security and the price as I've stayed in other Hotels all over the carribean this is definetly the most resonably priced, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, CHEAP HOTEL CHEAP SERVICE! You can compare it to staying in a motel! The sheets had stains, I told them I didnt need the room to be cleaned that day and they still came in while I was out!? My tub was clogged and they sent someone to take a look at it with a stick and never came back to fix the problem!! I spoke to the superviser several times but she did nothing just kept trying to assure me that someone was coming. The internet only works if you have a code which they have to give you, which always cuts off when your online and you constantly have to log on over and over again!? That was so frustrating!
If you just need a place to sleep and rest just stay there but don't expect much of a vacation from this place.

I just stayed at the Kinam. Great location and superior security. And what a great architecture!

But above all else, the staff is absolutely lovely. Super helpful. I never wanted for a thing and they took care of all my needs (including an almost missed flight when my driver didn't show!) I felt right at home.

And Serge the Manger is an absolute hero. Any hotel would be lucky to have him.
