The reception is not air conditioned.

Once I got there they assigned me a room of the peripheral Coralia resort... 15 min walking distance from the parking and reception.

The room was just horrible... they are old and dirty, they have a window that does not close so the air condition effect was null.

I suddenly asked for a room change and they put me in the hotel main body (the original Novotel) and the room was much better even if quite old.
the bathroom was really nice and all windows closed properly and the air condition worked.

though:
. the windows are not rumor free and you suffer a lot of noice from the island insects
. the safety box did not have the key (and nobody replaced it)
. the TV did not have the remote in the first day
. the hair dryer did not work
. the room telephone did not work
. the breakfast room was more like a factory refectory rather than a resort relaxing place
. the swimming pool is old and small
. the business center did not work
. the beach is among the worst in the island
