My husband and I along with my mother stayed for 4 days at Caribbean Cottage Club. Clean, comfortable, caribbean, close to beach- and what a beach!!...close to St. Georges, a caring and "can do anything" for you approach from Karina the owner made our holiday a lovely one. The accomodation although basic had everything we needed, and it was very affordable. Karina did everything she could to provide what we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Yes, you are not right on the beach, hence "only" 4stars for location whereas everything else deserves a 5star-plus rating! But who cares, you are literally 5min away from the water, either walking or even better, take one of the local minibuses, they stop right away 1min from the cottages. You are situated smack in the middle between gorgeous St.George, one of the most picturesque Caribbean towns and a number of superb beaches ranging from Grande Anse to Mourne Rouge and beyond.
The owner Kia and her colleagues will make you feel being part of a family rather than being a customer. It is super-clean, there is always somebody to help you out with anything and give you a tip, just enjoy and ask for it.
Go and visit Grenada now and experience the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere, this is a hidden gem as of now and likely to change (to the more touristic...).
The Cottages proved to be the ideal place to experience this all.

we spent 3 weeks in grenada april 09. we stayed at the caribbean cottage club situated between grand anse and st george.the accomadation was basic but it was clean.the owner,karina was very helpful,nothing was too much trouble for her.if you are looking for an affordable base to discover grenada then this is the place

The Caribbean cottage club was just what we were hoping for. The wooden cottages are delightful, with basic but clean and modern facilities, tastefully decorated. We had a view of the sea through banana leaves from a hammock on our verandah, every cottage has a sea-view, (although the beach is a 10 min walk on a main road, but the walk is interesting as you see real Grenada with dogs, hens, breadfruit trees etc. or buses can pick you up within seconds of meeting the road )
There is a friendly mixture of dogs and cats that live on the site, and the night is accompanied by crickets/frogs etc. chirping away.
The owner is very helpful and is willing to assist with any needs.
Would thoroughly recommend and love to go back.
