My daughter and I just retuned Sat 2/11 from the Paradisus Palma Real. The resort is beautiful , we had a nice room close to the beach and all activitites. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Pedro Zorrillo , my concierge for the week. He was fantastic .Pedro made my vacation stressless with reseravtions to restaurants and activies. He was able to book all my restaurant choices as well as the time requested. Every night we were able to eat in a different restaurant at the resort. I read review about how hard it was to get your requested time and choice of restaurant, but we had no issues. During the day I was entertained by Jose, Maria and their entire activity team. We took some dance lesson and arebobics on the beach.They were also available in the evening for more dancing. The activities team kept the party going. I also enjoyed some afternoon cocktails with Luis the pool . My entire week was great

My girlfriend and i just returned from a 7 day stay at the paradisus palma real. After traveling to many carribean islands, i can say that this place takes the cake. We upraded to royal service(adults only) and it is worth every penny. The area is private and the beech is beautifeul. All the restaurants are good but gabi beach has the best ambiance as it is located right on the water. The rooms were large and had a siiting area as well as nice oversized balcony. Our butler was carlos de la cruz who was an incredible help to us. He made sure our week so special by reserving our dinners and taking care of all our needs. Paradisius should put him into management shortly as his charasmatic personality and people skills could be used anywhere for any company. Pedro was also great as he greeted us every day by the royal service pool and arranged our beds on the beach as well. He could not do enough for us. We hope to back at the palma real next february as well.

We just returned from one week at the Paradisus Palma Real. We had originally booked at the Melia, but were upgraded to this resort next door.

The suite was huge, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The grounds are beautiful, clean, well maiintained.

There was alot of seaweed in the ocean as well as on the beach. We wish they cleaned it off the beach. The service on the beach and at the pool was excellent - Gloria was the best, so friendly and funny.

The animation team was great - lots of energy and fun: Jimmy (Oh my God!), Luis, Sexy Gabrielle, Angel, Jose, and many more. Maria Cecilia the choreographer and head dancer was fantastic also, very friendly. Aerobics on the beach, dance lessons and the great shows at night kept us entertained.

Carlos de la Cruz was a great help to us when we had problems with a la carte reservations, he went the extra mile to straighten it out for us. The reservation system does not work well, they need to figure out a better system not to waste everyone's time and to actually make sure the reservation is valid.

The food was usually good, the a la cartes we liked were the Bana and Aqua. Aqua was our favourite with servers Hosse and Pedro, they were fantastic. The Buffet was mostly good, but too repetitve, not enough variety between lunch and dinner for the whole week.

The Hospitality suite left alot to be desired. It's not a very nice room and the shower head was broken.

All in all we enjoyed this beautiful resort and the wonderful staff. Any of the negative things I mentioned are minor and could certainly be fixed.

Excellent place. The place is in a beautiful location in Bavaro, Punta Cana. The hotel is clean and well kept. The service is exceptional. There is a young woman at the front desk that is wonderful. Very concerned about the visitors happiness. At the entrance a wonderful young man named Pedro was always asking me by name how my trip was going. Juan was a also a real gentleman. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is beautiful. The food was fair as i assume any all inclusive would be.

Overall I felt that people were there to make sure I was having a good time. I highly recommend it.
