Just returned from the PCP on Feb 10 2012, the staff was wonderful..friendly and attentive.We travelled as a group of 12 and had a blast.Great pool bar( Nelson was terrific!)The beach was white sand with lots of beds and chairs ...drinks were delivered :) Weather was great, rained a bit but only at night.
We did an excursion with Country Adventures( talk to Carlos on the beach) and had a fun day with our guide Rudy who deserves a raise !They now sponsor five local schools,if your taking sweets or treats for the children they take them to the schools and have them give them out.They ask you not give cash or treats directly to the children because they want them to have incentive to stay in school.If you want to see how people live off resort I would recommend this excursion.It also included zip lining and horse back riding for those looking for a little bit of adventure. Not much for night life there but there was a 24 hour bar.I enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

We stayed at the princess the first week of Feb. 2012. This is our third stay. If you like quiet and relaxing, this is the place. We flew sunwing and it would help if those people who want to cab it from the airport would let the bus know, so we don't have to wait for you. This hotel is small, everything is close. The rooms are large and clean, we have always gotten the third floor, as it has a view over the beautiful grounds. If you are in block 3,4 or 5, you may get a view of the ocean also. If you are looking to stay busy or the nightlife, you will have to go to the sister hotels. Many of the staff know english or enough to help you out, they are very freindly and accomodating. From the check in, the restaurants, maids, bartenders, and the guys on the beach, they can not do enough for you. The buffet has something different every night and the Mare Nostrum is good for lunch. The Tex Mex and Mare Nostrum are very good for supper. Many people use the pool and like the swim up bar. We always go to the beach, the bar is close and sometimes with service to your chair. I won't mention anyones name to say thanks, because I would miss someone. We will return.

This was paradise, Adam and Eve left and we came in!! Hector made all our dreams come true. Staff was incredible. Everyone took such good care of us and people never stopped cleaning.The food was the best, one day they didnt have bacon on the buffet so my husband asked them and they made us a big plate!! The best steaks I ever had and im from Ontario Farm area! We cut them with a butter knife!! Mar Norstrom a ala Carte had lobster and we asked for a steak to go with it!! NO PROBLEM...extra potatoes NO PROBLEM! We also ate at the Mexican al a carte, great steak, wings, mottza sticks, etc.....Italiian had great lasagna. Buffet always had tons of food! Beach party on Saturday nights! FUN FUN, Beach market down the beach to the left, a little pushy but go the end first to see what they have.

This is our third trip to this hotel and what can I say that I haven't said before. This year we brought along three couples with us, one it was his second time and the other two their first. Sorry people out there, I still don't have any negative example to give you. From the reception to the bell boy and to our room eveything was done fast. We again met with all the staff at the hotel. Their friendly smile and excellent service that was provided was excellent. At this resort everything is close, the beach, dining room, pool and room. We will definetely come back again next year, and who knows i might have more of ny friend come also. Special thanks again to Hector and Raphael.You sure know how to make your guest at ease. Gracias
