One of the first things I noticed was that the restaurant manager (A short guy named Manuel Antonio) does not seem to have any experience as a manager for a hotel. All the staff was much more pleasant to deal with. I was serving my lunch and he stopped me because I had to wait for 2 more minutes... uffff (that's a little shame to have in a FRIENDLY HOTEL right? Well the customer service was also a little uncomfortable... since the room I had was a little far from everything it would be good to order wifi over the phone I guess right?.... nope, you have to go and make a line to pay (10 dollars a day) and then you have to go to an office were they will assign a username and password for wifi access... come on??? is that supposed to make you feel comfortable and relax?

This Hotel is great for Couples and Seniors who like it more quiet, also for Golfers, because the Golf Course is owned by the Hotel and all inclusive, the Stuff is very friendly, well trained and helpful, the Food at the a la Cart Restaurants and the Buffet was great, my Wife and i had a wonderful Time and will recommend it to everyone,

I dont know where to start. Our first room was very dirty, the sink leaked and the bathroom was creepy. We requested a different room, they were nice enough to make the change immediately. The next room was a bigger nightmare....the AC did not work, had to call and ask them to fix it. Next, the toilet did not flush :( We had to use the bathroom outside our room until they came and fixed it. The shower curtain had mold, the tub looked dirty...and on the second day the roof of the bathroom started leaking. It was all the condensation from the AC that made the roof leak. The condensation was so bad that the roof looked like it would collapse. Had to make another phone call, it seemed to us like we were just making calls to the front desk instead of enjoying our holiday. We were travelling with our 1 year old and it was so hard being in this room. The room was in deplorable condition. The paint is peeling off, the sheets were dirty, the floors not cleaned well at all ! You are on a holiday, you want things to be clean, we did not expect 5 star but come on you can keep things clean !!! Finally we gave up complaining and started tipping the cleaning lady, this made it a little better. You dont get prompt service in this hotel if you dont tip. To get clean towels you have to tip, to get good service you have to tip. We did not enjoy our stay here. We have travelled a lot and this has been our worst experience so far !

PS - we had booked this vacation through Sunquest, there were no Sunquest representatives on site to help you with anything !

Hotel complex is clean and spacious. Evening entertainment was the usual for all Inc hotels, shows and karaoke etc. The beach was sandy White- amazing! Lots of sun beds available, towels provided, good service in all bars and restaurants, sports bar has air con which is a nice place to get out of the heat!
The people in the Dominican are very friendly and helpful, i would definitely go again, really good holiday.
