We went to this Hotel in December, I wasn't expecting too much out of an all-inclusive property because it is not my style but my wife and I decided to go for this trip with our 3-month baby to please my parents in law. We had great vacations! Food was excellent, we had dinner in every restaurant and the buffet was also very good. The room was very nice, plenty of space and with everything we needed. We will come back for sure!

We just got back from our trip yestreday. There is something here for everyone to do. would recommend this resort to anyone. The rooms were neat and clean. The beach was incredible. White sand beack keading into clean clear water with sand leading you all the way in as far as you could see. Little spots of seaweed that could be avoided easily. The water was always calm due to the reef acting as a breakwall. Service was good and the food was okay. Definitely eat at the Italian and Japanese a la carte restaurants! Nightly shows in theater every night from 10 tilll 11p.m. were very well done. We were not impressed going to the flea market down the beach off of the property. Then there were the absolutely wonderful, clean and fun pools. The adult section was fun to go to. Enjoy sun bathing topless on the uncrowded beach. The 2 or 3 km of beach spreads everyone out. For the price this is highly recommended by us!

I hate all the negative reviews because they're not true- first of all. This resort is BRAND NEW- it is built for young couples and young families and they have the resort laid out perfectly. We were UPGRADED to the ocean-front junior suite, which was truly incredible.
We were there for a week in January and had the best week ever. We are NOT complainers and we vacation in the Hamptons all summer and are used to luxurious accommodations and food and wine. The buffets were to be expected, they're great for running in for a quick breakfast or a low-key lunch, but it's a BUFFET, meant to feed to masses and its always fully stocked with smiling happy people! We golfed 3 out of the 5 days we were there and had lunch at the Hoyo 19 Restaurant/ the most incredible food and service! We spent hours there after golf talking to people and laughing with the staff. The golf course is incredible, and worth the price- the staff with even come and pick you up and drop you off with a cart at your room. The STAFF IS WONDERFUL! There is an army of smiling young men and women who are eager to help and are very polite and they are not all over you like in Jamiaca looking for tips all the time/ they are very professional. Everything was so new and clean you could literally sip rum off the floor. I had a hot stone massage in the spa and felt like I was in a fancy Hamptons spa on the ocean. We did not take any excursions because we had so much to do in the resort. The restaurants at night were so fun, we're in our 20's so we loved going late to eat. The Spanish restaurant was my favorite and you def. want to pay the $15 extra for the French restaurant the food was AMAZING. And if you're a wine drinker (my family owns a vineyard) upgrade and pay for your bottles of wine off their lists its worth it!

I have stayed in a number of the hotels in Punta Cana a number of times in the past 7 years and i would say that this was definately the nicest one so far.

Check in was fine, took about 10 mins.

The room we had (3122) was great, it was in the junior suites section. It was one of the corner suites and had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The beds were very comfy.

The retaurants we good. I enjoyed the lobster in the seafood restaurant which was included in the all inclusive choices.

The buffets were good, loads of choice. The grill was great for steaks.

The beach is absolutly stunning and great for those walks to burn off some of the excess food and drink! The pools are nice. I really liked the roof terrace with the pool around it, very chilled to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.

I was suprised to see that the all inclusive drinks included premium spirits and not just the cheap brands.

Its true that English speaking is not the staff's best Skill but it didnt get in the way of how much we enjoyed our stay. We are in a non english speaking country after all!

All in all i would deffinately recommend this hotel if you like beaches, good food, good drink and comfy rooms.
