Loved this resort!!

We stayed for 5 days May 6-10 weather was perfect mid 80's it only rained one night but while we were sleeping so no problem there. Room was very nice bed was comfortable, the way people in the reviews we read before our trip were talking I was expecting a cement slab! I cannot say enough about the staff at Natura wonderful they just made our day, everyday! our thanks to Tony, Manuel, Henry, Raquel and Sonlilly! You guys rock! The resort itself is beautiful, perfectly manicured and just lovely. The beach was beautiful with a nice breeze, they clean it all day long of the seaweed. The drinks were yummy and the champagne flowed from sunup to sundown!! We will be back and this time for much longer! The only problem we had was our stay was not long enough! Dont listen to any of the reviews that say the food was not good it was great! Fresh fruits and vegetables ,salads a variety that was endless and well prepared. Coffee was really good! Again the staff could not have been nicer ! oh and a shout out to Genoveva our housekeeper she was so sweet and left us flowers in our room all the time! If you want to go somewhere that is beautiful and peaceful but still fun and not so big you are just one of thousands staying there go to Natura Park . I really cant say enough good things about it. Love Love Love it!

We chose this hotel because it's built right into the tropics it's not just another Hilton concrete building plopped on the beach. It's so lush with ponds animals every archway is made from palm trees with flowers frogs fish nature. The staff was so friendly, we did the canopy tour worth the money you also get to see lots of local towns on the way. Beach was amazing, drinks were fantastic, did lots of activities, and participated in the shows, not a lot of kids which we loved. We will be returning for sure.

Pros - staff, view, quiet, nature all around, price, shows, and activities.

Cons- no shampoo conditioner remember to bring this, no ice for water in room, ac wasn't great. Spa was sooo over priced didn't get any services.

I went to Eco Natura w/ a girlfriend for 4 nights for a weekend getaway. We knew this was not a 4-star hotel so expectations were not high. Therefore, the "older" Caribbean feel wasn't surprising. Disappointed w/ the $25/ for a Wi-fi connection for phone that could only be used in a very small area. Computer for accessing email was same cost.

The all inclusive liquor was a major disappointment. The bottles of liquor were all "Royal" brand name, all "Bottom of the shelf" types. There were no top shelf options, even for a cost. They had 1 beer on tap, Presidente. The wine was horrid.

The all-inclusive food options were basic, but abundant. I got food poisoning 24 hrs after I arrived. I believe it may have been from iceberg lettuce, unwashed. I never experienced voitting while passing out. There is a medical office at the hotel and if I wanted to be seen, it was $100 cash.

The beach was clean, they picked up seaweed daily. Activities/excursion options were abundant, the staff combs the beach hourly to ask. The pool was large and clean, just "older". There is a swimming area that is marked by small buoys. Do not swim 5' past this, the resort boats pass right outside these buoys, I suppose to attract future customers, but not the safest thing...

The natural setting at Eco Natura was pleasant, the grounds are very well kept. The room was clean, it had a fan and a/c that worked somewhat. The beds are VERY hard, no comfort. The room had a nice porch.

We booked thru CheapCaribbean, it was a convenient pick-up at airport and return. I have no issues with the booking company, was just somewhat disappointed with the resort itself.

My friend and I had a wonderful time!! The hotel is beautiful, the beaches are amazing and the staff is great and friendly!!! :)

A special thanks to the people that made out trip an unforgettable experience!! starting with the morning coffee with Rafael that always had a big smile on his face! The animation team was amazing and very funny, a special thanks goes to Donald, Rafael, Elvin, Ana, Avatar, Burro and Spaghetti!!! The hotel should be very proud to have employees like them working. Without them, I'm sure the hotel would not have the same vibe!! They made our trip "inolvidable"!!!

The rooms were nice and specious, and met our needs. The food was excellent, fresh fruits every day and drinks were to die for!!

We will definetely be back at this hotel! We LOVED IT AND HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES!!
