Couldn't thank the staff anymore here at Dreams Palm Beach, Franklin, Cappuccino, Candyman & the rest. great fun made our holiday very special. The shows were fantastic, hilarious! Their attention was sensational, so sad we're leaving..we'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm now here in Punta Cana Dreams Palm beach Hotel and i want to say it's really wonderful here.
All the staff is really freindly and always happy. The rooms, the food, and the whole hotel is amazing.
The Entertainment team is great and crazy. I'm laughing all day long with them, specially Gasolina and Franklin.
In the evenings there always is live music where you can dance. The Entertainers show you how to dance Merengue, Bachata and also Salsa. The Special Shows in the evening are very professional and great to watch them. :-)
So, if you want to spend your holidays in paradise come here and enjoy it :-)

First let me start by saying that we chose Dreams Palm for the Explorers Club. Our boy is three and a handful at the best of times. We really wanted a trip where we could leave him at a kids club for a few hours a day for a respite and then play with him in the afternoon. After considerable research we selected Dreams for that very reason. Let me say that our boy can be very clingy.

When we arrived we checked out explorers right away. Awesome. It is truly a little resort for little people. When we dropped him off the following day the staff gave us a cell phone just in case they needed to call. After an hour the phone rang with the message that our little guy would not stop crying. We took him back and went on with our day. Day two we tried again and once again the phone rang with the same message. Day three was the savior. A new teacher, Awilda greeted us at the club and she seemed to bond with our little man because the phone stopped ringing. When we went to check on him after two hours of bliss, we found our boy at the beach with Awilda and the other kids jumping on a trampoline. Note, they are tethered to a bungee for safety. After that our boy could not wait to go to the explorers club. The staff, Awilda, Lucy and Patricia are the best. Your kids are going to love them, especially the kids disco at night.

As the for the resort the other reviews are very much on the mark. Great staff, food, facilities and ambiance. The beach was a little less than perfect as seaweed was at times a bit much. The pool was the best I have ever been to. Great value for your money.

7th annual Girls Trip for me and we had a blast! The resort was small but very nice! Beds were extremely comfortable! And the food at the restaurants was delish! We ate at the Mexican restaurant, the Italian restaurant and the Japanese Restaurant. Breakfast buffet was fab! Didn't have the buffet for any other meals, so cannot review. Have to also say that the coffee at the coffee shop was amazing!
Staff was incredible! So friendly and attentive! Loved Simon DeLoSantos! Always there to lend a hand! Even anticipated what we needed before we even told him! And always so happy!! "I love my job!"
The bar staff at the pool was also fabulous-especially Juan and Victor! Lily at the disco bar was wonderful! Even Cruz, who collected the finished cocktails on the beach was sweet!
Had the opportunity to enjoy a massage at the spa! Highly recommend it! Manessa did a great job!
There was a lot of seaweed that washed up on the beach, but they were always quick to rake it up!
Beautiful weather, although that is not always guaranteed. Enjoyed that the resort was smaller than previous resorts we had visited and the fact that we did not have to make prior reservations for dinner. Just showed up at the restaurant and rec'd a beeper. Just like home! Wait wasn't too long either! And we happened to be there for the SuperBowl! They did a fabulous job! Would love to stay here again!
