This was our first time to Punta Cana and it was a great vacation. There was always something going on and the staff worked so hard to ensure a good time. Good food, premium drinks and lots of space to relax and let go.

as this hotel was beautiful with nice clean rooms and grounds . The staff was not English speaking nor did they try to speak it. the only English speaking was the concerege and check in desk .I know all inclusive food has its challenges but this hotel didnt even get the fruit down It was rotten most of the time the food was also not rotten but not edible on the good side i lost 5 lbs that week with out even trying .I personally will never return.

MY husband and I went to Punta Cana for our 15th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better place than Iberostar Dominicana (Iberostar Punta Cana is a hotel right next to Dominicana and you share everything. The hotels are interchangeable.) The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing (Omar at the front desk is amazing-friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. He deserves a promotion, Iberostar!) The Star Friends entertainment group is high-energy, non-stop enterntainment from morning through the evening.
We stayed in room 4247, and the oceanview was so nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the room service staff make cute heart, swans, etc.. out of towels every day for you.
The beach is beautiful, and you do not need to get up real early in the morning to get a beach chair and cabana. There seemed to be plenty of spots available every day we were there. Take out a Hobie Cat and cruise in the water!
The food was amazing. WE were just as impressed with the buffet restaurants as we were the a la carte dinners we had in the evening.
We have been to the Bahamas, Cancun, Cozumnel, and the Riviera Maya with all-inclusive trips, and this was our favorite hotel and experience yet!

Wonderful paradise!! Animation entertainers were warm, friendly and inviting. They made us feel like they truly loved their jobs. The nightly entertainment was very good. The hotel wait staff and maids worked hard to please. Somthing fun to do at all times..the snorkeling right outside was not the very best but well worth doing. Several varieties of fish and the snorkel equipment is included. Great Food especially at the steak house and general buffet. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The manager was constantly circulating around chatting and checking on the service. We left all of our money and passports in the safe wide open it was safe and sound when we returned. The maid service was there while we were gone. Wonderful paradise!!!
