it's ok. It was clean. No one bothered us. A small balcony with a good view, perfect for a romantic dinner of take out and wine. Small kitchenette with utensils. Good value and great location. A small bodega (grocery) is nearby.
They need to fix thier credit card machine which was out of service when Istayed there< but an ATM was close by so it didnt pose a problem.

Very quiet , Nice service, perfect cleaning service , clean lenceries everyday, good service at front desk and house keeping. Good wireless connection to internet in the room. Hot water . nice kitchen.

It is used mostly by local people and low budget travelers.
If you are looking for good location ans low budget this is the place for you.
If you are looking for casino swimming pool etc look somewhere else.

It is a basic place; bed, bath, chairs, TV. It is OK for backpackers, but to anyone who wanted a nicer environment, perhaps this is not a choice.
I find the rooms are a bit run down, stuffy and no view from the windows (back to back building structures). Not a place for a family, but fine for not-so-bothered travellers.
The good thing is that this place is close to anywhere.
