very proffesional atmosphere, great restaurant on sight with excellent Chef's, business center always available 24/7, amazing service. ideal for business and pleasue. comfortable scenery on the outside terrace overlooking the pool is a relax feel. definately recommend.

We used this hotel as a supplier and our experience has been excellent. Service staff, the care and detail they have with their guests are exquisite. Their Hospitality, good manners and above all human warmth. Their Breakfast is Just Delicious, very complete with a lot of options to choose.It is the best option when you think of a hotel to stay in Santo Domingo.

I stayed here for a business trip and picked this place because of the inclusive breakfast (which was good) and the wireless Internet, the Internet never worked properly and the tv from the early 90's did not work during my stay. Lucky for me I only booked two nights of my 4 night stay and switched to the Jaragua Renaissance and gave up free breakfast and wireless Internet for comfort and better working high speed wifi. Do not book this place if you are looking to work from hotel or comfort.

I was in the hotel for 2 months last year for a business trip and have come back (being 2 more months, also for business) for several reasons:
- large and super clean rooms
- gorgeous pool area
- nice restaurant in garden (btw, huge garden!)
- superb location at downtown (walking distance of several restaurants)
- good breakfast with variety of meals
- superb service
- complete business center
- ...
Next time I visit Santo Domingo for business or pleasure, I'll stay in this hotel for sure!
