I recently stayed at this hotel for business purposes. I was a great experience from the time of my arrival until I left. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very courteous and polite. When I got up to my room, I was surprised as how spacious it was, it had its own terrace with a pool view. The linens smelled clean and the room didn’t smell smoky like in other hotels that I’ve stayed at. Both times I ate at their restaurant, Kyoto, the food was superb, very high quality. The location couldn’t be better, it’s centrally located in the city, close to business centers and shopping malls. In all, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Please Avoid this hotel...just to mention that water service and electricity are constantly interrupted... you don't know when to take a shower, you may run out of water in the middle, and they will tell you the service will be restablished in "TEN MINUTES"... Do they have a watch?? or "INMEDIATELY".... Do they know what this word means?... The same is all over the hotel, there is no head here, nobody to complain as they act the same way and everything remains chaotic... Food are the same day over day...TERRIBLE!!

We found this hotel after not having reservations for any hotel. We drove by and stopped at a few others and decided to stay here!! The BEST bang for your buck!! Very clean! Very professional! Customer service oriented!! Would absolutely stay there again while in the city!! Did some traveling in the country and stopped back by for one more night on the way out of the country!!!

This place was great, the rooms was awesome for the price is paid. The only bad thing was the food, it was terrible. The choices was very limited and tasted bad, but was cheap...
