Think more on the lines of Motel 6 than resort. The only thing “resorty” about this place is the small pool and the 5 tennis courts. Along with the guest units and the office, that pretty much takes up the landscape. The room we had was a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with the bath off of that. There was little ventilation through the rooms. No venting in that bathroom whatsoever, one window with a screen in the bedroom and no screened windows in the living room. You had to let the unscreened front door open to get any air movement. There was A/C in the bedroom that worked well, but had only limited reach into the living room. The kitchenette had a fridge and small stove with enough utensils for making breakfast and light lunch. Oddly, there was no hot water in the sinks – either kitchenette or bathroom. The only hot water was in the shower. There was no phone in the room and with the office only open between 9 and 4 we had limited communications ability. This place is in the back of beyond and you definitely need a car. There is no restaurant on site and nothing within walking distance. There was no maid service during the 7 days we stayed here. That meant no fresh sheets, only one change of towels (left in the room), and no cleaning. When we asked about this, we were told service could be provided at an extra charge.
