First time away from the great white north for Christmas and our first family vacation! As you can see from the picture our sons came with us and we had the time of our lives. All employees surpassed our expected level of Customer Service and made us feel very welcomed! From Leo and the girls in the Buffet area to the Social/Entertainment group! Thanks to Adam, Jenny, Ray, Joly, Yasnid, Reynier, Frank, Jose, Cuco, Viti and Elayne! We needed a vacation once we landed since they kept us all active and participating in the activities! Planning a entire family reunion in 2013!

We visited SLS Jan 28 to Feb 4, there was 14 of us which included 6 kids ages 2 to 11. We all had an amazing time. We had sunny skies 7 days straight. The resort is huge and very beautiful, very clean. I was amazed at how clean the beach grill bathrooms and pool bathrooms were. The beach is beautiful. We stayed in block 38 which was close to the party pool and beach, great location. The rooms were clean and not once did i see a bug. The staff are so friendly and we fell in love with the entertainment staff, they were so much fun. The food was also very good for Cuba I was impressed. The shows at night are amazing, I was impressed with the performers talent. My favorite part was after the show the had a band and singers performing Cuban music outside, it was amazing. The kids had a blast, loved the pool slide and they had mini disco everynight for the kids.
There were minor things like getting locked out of my room and the vip checkin took forever but people dont sweat the small stuff, its Cuba! Overall the trip was amazing and I will definitely go back! Cant wait!

We have chosen this hotel in Varadero because our children (4 and 7) love to slide and this hotel has by one of it's pools a great waterslide. But the real reason we were so excited at last was, that the staff in this hotel is really fantastic. On the beginning, we were solving the problem with the room-it was too small for 4 persons. I turned to management of the hotel and Mr.Ortiz, the manager, has provided us with a superb room and even card for unlimited acces to á la carte restaurants, as a satisfaction! We used to dine in Mediterranean restaurant and the staff there was truly marvellous! You can imagine how picky the children are but, there was not a problem to get any food which was even not on the buffet(my children love just plain spaghetti with butter). They made us so happy and feeling like home by continuos care and smiling every time, so we got soon addicted to go only to this restaurant! Great holiday, we'll never forget. Thank you, Misleny, Odalys, Yirian, Isel and Amelia, we'll come back againg!

I loved this resort!!! Staff was extremly friendly and helpful and the food was great! Clean beautiful beach and 3 pools to choose from (2 with a swim up bar). There are always staff driving around in golf carts and you catch a ride with them to where ever you want! Room was awsome! Buffet was huge with tons of choices at every meal!! In the room everyday was large bottle of water, beer and juice in the fridge! I would come back here again and again! So worth the price and you will also love it! We went in November and the weather was perfect!
