This was the second time at this hotel nothing new, you get what you pay for, it's clean but run down, the price was right $600.00 for 2 all inclusive,,Why not! The beach is awesome and there is a bar on the beach. The hotel is not on the beach but 1 5 min walk. Walk down the street to a fantastic place for Lobster just before the main strip on the left..great price

Unbelievable! Used soap from last guest, no shampoo, tuff of hair on bathroom floor for 2 days? Stained bedsheets, stained tablecloths, terrible food, smell of oil coming from air conditioner, patio doors and windows don't lock. A real dump! I have never in 48yrs seen anything as awful as this!

The room was nothing to be impressed about. It really looked rundown...from the bathroom to the ceiling to the floor. We tried to change rooms after the first night, cause the window didn't close properly and the staff wasn't very helpful at all. The food and beverage is extremely basic. They have minimal entertainment. This place is really a basic, inexpensive place to stay ... a five-minute-walk from a beautiful beach. Not recommended for families or for couples. Nothing romantic about the place. Would we stay here again? Maybe, if the prices were really low.

There was minimal to no service at the place!!Never encountered such indiffrent atitudes of majority the workers there,in many of my travels to Cuba.The contunual shortage of food,eating utensils,cups,and glasses were daily occurence.When asking politely for anything,the staff looked at you like you just dropped from the moon and ignore you or walk away never to be seen.The table cloths were filthy and stained with food and not once changed during our short stay,before having Sunwing move us to another location.Chose this locatin not because it was a deal but because it was centrally located.We payed full going price for majority of the hotels in the area.What an unpleasant supprise as we love Cuba and allways had wonderful time there.
