we visited this hotal on the 26th of january for to weeks an experianced an amazing time, all of the staff were absolutly fantastic, we made some close friends there who also enjoyed there stay. we partically got to know the enteranment staff very well, Denisse made a very good impression on us as she was very friendly and helpfull, in the bar area we met the nicest guy in the world called sandy. The hole experiance was very good, all the food was at a very high standard. the rooms were cleaned everyday. The only complaint i had is that you only have bottle of water every two days but if you ask they will replace it for you. over all i would recomend this hotal to anyone who just wants to chill at one of the most beautifull places on earth.

Having never stayed in an all inclusive or a resort like this I wasn't sure what to expect hoever the hotel itself did not diappoint. The staff worked tirelessly and cheerfully, it was a clean, attractive and relaxing environment and easy enough to find entertainment or peace and quiet depending on your mood.
Our bungalow accomodation was superb - spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom and plenty of storage - although overlooking the pool area meant our terrace lacked some privacy.
If we returned to Varadero, we would be more than happy to stay here again.

This hotel is all about the staff, some comments, make me sick. The staff give their best to make, all of us happy. I feel sorry that we miss Mr. Grubanov, however we will see each other next year..I wish the best for all the wonderful people in Tainos...

I stayed at the hotel in mid Jan. The staff and hotel manager were the most helpful and friendly team I have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff were also wonderful to my 8 year old son who was encouraged to join in poolside games.

Entertainment was superb. There was an excellent choice of food.

I was really pleased with the "extra efforts" put into to our stay, for example, champagne and canapes given to us by the hotel manager just before our departure. I would definately recommend this hotel as a great place to stay!!
