We stayed for 3 nights, and then 1 night after our trip to Santa Clara, and left with mixed feelings.
The good: Roof top pool is a real treat, with great views of the city, a bar and restaurant. The rooms are decent size-wise, with spacious clean bathrooms. The location of the hotel is also ideal, being right next to the cigar factory and the Capitolio (both currently closed for renovations), and Obispo street etc. There is also free wifi in the hotel which worked well.
The bad: do not accept a room on the 2nd floor - like many others who left reviews, we were left with "half windows" and aptly named our room "the dungeon". For the second part of our stay, we therefore insisted to get a room on a different floor. Our window situation was resolved, however the noise which comes from the streets was still extremely loud. We would wake up at 6am from the people/cars outside. This hotel is definitely not for light sleepers.
All in all, mixed feelings when we left. We might try the Parque Centrale hotel next time, which apparently has similar rooms and also a roof top pool, still in a good location.
Room Tip: Do not accept a room on the 2nd floor or you will not have decent windows!!!
