We decided to choose this hotel because it is located very close to the Congress Center . It takes rather long to get to the City Center. Rooms need refurbishment . We had only cold water in the shower for two days. It is located by the seaside, but I would not recommend swimming there , because there are only stones and cliffs.
We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. Lots of coach tourists.

The Panorama Hotel management team should be very happy that they have been so fortunate to have hired these three ladies who are exceptionally service minded.
we were a party of 10 people who stayed at the Panorama Hotel between 1 and 2 weeks. The experience of all of us was quite the similar... meaning that the hotel staff seems quite tired and not very interested in us.
However this does not apply for Nercy, Elaine in the front desk and Maidelys in house keeping. These 3 ladies made all of our stay exceptional and because of them we will most likely return. I need to highlight the service of the housekeeping team which is excellent and I stay at a lot of hotels all over the world and have never had such a dedicated and friendly team as here!!! Maidelys is awesome!
There are a few other ladies in the front deal who are friendly but who's names I do not remember... who also should have credit for their service. But there was one lady who perhaps might be happier in a different industry.
Overall these three ladies lift the hotel from a low rank to a better than average ranking and i can only hope that they will stay and assist their work mates to increase the service level of the hotel.

We stayed a week here after a 2 week round tour of Cuba in "3*" hotels. We found 90% of the staff friendly and helpful, paying taxi bills twice when the shuttel bus didn't appear, our room was fine with an oblique view down the coast, the maid service was very good. WE only had one evening meal in the restaurant as the buffet offred more than we really wished to eat, we were more than satisfied with breakfast. The pool area was kept clean and the water very, very refreshing. We enjoyed being in Miramar as it gave us the possibility of getting out and about in non-tourist areas and to experience how the locals live and as ever how friendly they are.

The hotel looks great from outside but inside it looks very tired,, rooms were in need of some maintenance with paint peeling and Walls showing evidence of damp, toilet seat broken no locks on door etc,, room smelt of damp also and asked to move 2nd room was just as bad staff were rude,, good choice of food and massive pool
