“Excellent service, friendly straff, great food!”

I stayed in this hotel during my 10 day stay in Havana. The best word I could use to describe experience there is "excellent". The staff is super friendly, caring, and they go long ways to please their clients. Service is beyond average for similar hotels, so you will feel right at home the minute you walk into the lobby area (which I love!). Security is present at all times, so you feel very well taken care of. The pool area is fabulous, with a nice poolside restaurant & bar, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are super clean and very well maintained. Room service maids pay great attention to detail and make sure you get everything you need during your stay. Location is superb, located just a short taxi ride away from the best of old & new Havana. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit!

“Friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2012

When travelling to Cuba, one should not expect perfection. The hotel was damp (probably because it was on the sea), the tile floors dirtier than necessary, and like in the rest of the island, the internet connection was painfully slow. Despite all that, I loved the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the variety of the food at the buffet, the presence of a supermarket just across the road, and the friendly and efficient staff.

Room Tip: There are rooms with balconies with sea view.

“Pool’s area”

Well, my friend and I were at the pool’s area of the Copacabana hotel 21.11.2010. Admission fee was 5 CUC for person which includes a beach towel. The above mentioned area consists of two swimming pools, one of them filled with sweet water and surrounded by beach beds, and a pool bar which is reasonably priced. Actually, another pool is a part of the Atlantic Ocean. Our staying was accompanied by modern dance music, splendid vistas, offshore breeze and so on. It was awesome!

“Good staff nice room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 May 2011

My room was a junior suite so plenty of room with a bed room and living room and balcony.
The bathroom was large with two sinks a toilet and be-day. The tub was a large jacuzzi tub but far to hot to use and with the low water pressure it took about an hour to fill but the shower was ok. The AC in the living room was good but not so good in the bedroom but you can open the balcony and the bedroom window and get a good cross breeze. The staff was always helpful and friendly. A bellman took a package to the post office for me although for a 6 to 7 peso tip but it was worth it to me. The food is eatable but thats all. The lobby was nice and a 24 hour lobby bar was very comfortable and with live music. Once again the biggest plus is the staff and the stand out was my maid ELSA. Alway a great job on my room 1514 and a nice note on my last night.
