When travelling to Cuba, one should not expect perfection. The hotel was damp (probably because it was on the sea), the tile floors dirtier than necessary, and like in the rest of the island, the internet connection was painfully slow. Despite all that, I loved the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the variety of the food at the buffet, the presence of a supermarket just across the road, and the friendly and efficient staff.
