A nice hotel with a rememberer of Ernst Hemingway.It´s well situated in the center of Havanna. Only you have to walk the last 100m.The style is old Cuba but the rooms are clean.

after reading the reviews we were a little uncertain - but I say just enjoy the atmosphere of the place. it is a one off, there is nowhere I have ever been that is quite like it. We felt safe, the room we had was basic but full of character, we fell asleep listening to the sound of the piano from the bar - thats what Cuba is all about. the breakfast was basic but the view - phenomenal. just try out this place before someone ruins it by making it like every other hotel.

We recently spent 1 very uncomfortable night in this rip-off hotel and it was one of the worst hotels I hve ever stayed in. The rooms can only be likened to a mental asylum with lumpy old beds and old mutsy bedding. The room itself smelt damp and the doors would not open or close properly. The bathroom taps leaked and the shower barely worked. It was late when we arrived and therefore we had no option but to stay but wewere out of there the nextmorning as quickly as possible. It was grim and an awful experience!

Overpriced, dirty and unsafe. Five nights here and security aaking me if i wanted to bring women or men to my room! Stay anywhere else.
