Everything was greast. Luis Miguel has created a wonderful space to discover and experience Havana. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Warm, friendly, fun, great breakfast and great conversations. My family and I loved it!! It has terrifc styel.

We stayed at Casa 1932 in May for 4 nights , the room was nice and clean, and suited all our needs. It has a lovely communal court yard to have drinks and relax and the staff are always there to make sure you have everything you need. I booked through host Luis Miguels website http://www.casahabana.net/, which he said is the best way to contact him. Luis also helped us to arrange a trip to Vinales and recommended us lots of places to visit in Havana. When we returned to Havana he arranged for us to stay in another Casa 'Casa Verde' as Luis' place was full. This apartment was really nice and we had the whole apartment to ourselves, it was also facing the Sea wall on the Malecon. Overall Luis is a very helpful host and his Casa is a great place to stay in Havana.

Our first casa in Cuba and also one of the best. Very good location, walking distance to Havana Vieja. We also went many times to the Malecon for the view and drink a cup of rum while sitting on the Malecon and see all the vintage cars passing by. Good room, friendly host who can arrange a lot, very good cook and a very charming dining room.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a visit to Cuba. We had an amazing time and the highlight of our trip was our time in Havana and staying at Casa Luis Miguel was a big part of that.
Havana is such a facinating city and Casa Luis Miguel is located in the perfect spot to explore it all. Luis and his family were very friendly and accomodating and always there to answer questions or set you in the right direction.
The rooms are large, clean and both have attached bathrooms with plenty of hot water. There is also air conditioning for those hot nights.
We ate breakfast both mornings in their beautifully decorated living room. The breakfast is wonderful and so big I doubt you will be able to eat it all.
We also had dinner one night at the Casa and it was the best meal of our entire trip.
I highly recommend if you are going to Havana to stay at Casa Luis Miguel ...home stays are WAY better than hotels and give you the real flavour of Cuba.
