This is a great little gem in a great location 2 blocks to the waters edge.The owners Irene and Roland will treat you just like family! They have become great friends and I can't wait to get back to their lovely place. They are just the best! They have units ranging from a basic sleeping room to 2 bedrooms equipped with basically everything you need. You will need a few things so ask them ahead. The opportunity to meet other amazing travelers is also a bonus. I was with them for about 6 weeks And met many interesting, kind, adventurous people from all over the world. They have private sitting areas for your morning coffee, a communal picnic table and this funky BBQ made out of a wheel rim that works great and is
a great topic of discussion:) many laughs have been had here! No need to look further as this is it! You'll love it! Thanks Irene & Roland! Miss you too much!

This is our second stay with Roland and Irene at Tropicana/BonaireFun and we will gladly return in the future. The complexes are small, quiet and comfortable and the hosts are great. It is within easy walking distance of Kralendijk and a short bike ride to lots of great snorkelling. Highly recommended!!

friendly and flexible. We enjoyed the Tropicana Apartments (old style). Everything was there what we needed. You took care of us if we were your own family.

Great island for scuba diving and superb accommodations. We had a great time with Roland and Irene. They are the type of persons you wish you could have as neighbours. It was a very relaxed atmosphere at the apartment as were all the other tenants. The apartments are well separated and very well spaced out. It was extremely clean and well furnished. 2 minute walking distance to the boardwalk, all the restaurants are close by as are the dive shops.
We would go back again tomorrow.
