Stayed the week of christmas to new years. Truck was ready to go and the owners allowed us to check in early so we could get started on our dives. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything in bonaire is geared toward the diver and is truly perfect for a no frills holiday where diving is the primary objective.

It is my 4th year at the BEST RESORT IN THE Caribbean, and that's a fact. The resort is 6 total rooms and is full of extreme relaxation, the most FANTASTIC ON SITE OWNERS (Kenny & Margaret) that you will ever find. There is no need to reserve a chair at the pool, plenty of space, need a restaurant recommendation, no problem Kenny and Margaret know them all and are HAPPY TO HELP! Diving or snorkling can all be arranged before you arrive. If you rent a vehicle its there waiting for you in front of your room.

The rooms include a full kitchen and two comfy double bed, the resort has a BEAUTIFUL NEW SS GRILL to use for steaks, dogs or burgers or chicken and a great pool right in front of the rooms,,, I could go on forever but if you want a no hassle, first class experience with a large resort (Capt Don's) steps away this is the ONLY PLACE TO STAY!

Happy to report that our FOURTH trip to CPR was as good as the others ... and more. Kenny and Margaret are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Even our sickness we're less sad on the pool side ;-) We experienced two trips to the clinic : doctors we're nice and professionnals, total time there for a consultation : one hour (Christmas eve and new year's eve)... Since we dove less (because of the sinus infection), we experimented more the island life and loved it. We love the new grocery store too. Keep it up CPR : we love you !!! We'll go back for SURE and miss evebody down there already : Brenda, Naomi, etc...

This was our return trip to the island and a return to CPR. It was much like "going home." We didn't need a map, got a fabulous welcome back, did the dives and touring we wanted and even had time to use the pool which has changed to saltwater. Everything was smooth and the only thing that has changed is the way the charges are handled. There is a glitch with the taxes so things are charged independently. You get billed from the car rental, you get billed from the dive outfitter, and you get billed from CPR. It all adds up to the same at the end but has changed because of government changes. If they continued the same, you would end up getting taxed twice. It's being kept up well and everything was still fresh and in great condition. Housekeeping was Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They supply a cellphone and a voltage regulator to plug your electric things into. We could have stayed 3 weeks if things at home hadn't been calling us. Kenny and Margaret dreamed and schemed but we just couldn't make it work. Sorry! But we did promise to return.... Thank you!
