Our hotel stay was just OK. We called the hotel and was told there was no availability but found a room on expedia for $100 less than what the agent told us. Our first impression was mind blowing, the ambience of the restaurant had a five star feel to it. There was a beautifully lit patio area with comfy couches and waterfalls. Luckily, the restaurant was not a part of the hotel because they provided horrible service. Check-in was a breeze the promise of rum-punch was never delivered. I reminded the folks at front desk a few times but the drinks were never delivered. Sigh...Our room was comfortable and clean but housekeeping is extremely slow. We had to wait for towels every day for anywhere from 2-3 hrs. The beautiful beach was a short walk across the street. Not far from the Gap and there is shopping right next door. Food really pricey we opted to cook breakfast in our room and eat out during the day.
