This hotel has a great location, and 50% of the staff are lovely. The Bar and breakfast staff leave a little to be desired, dare you ask for tea instead of coffee at breakfast or extra salad instead of fries with your wrap. The Hotel has seen better days, but it is on par with other 3 star caribbean hotels. I have a few photo's of the bathroom which definately was edging on the side of disgusting, and unclean. As usual airconditioning was unfit for purpose, room couldn't get below 23c actually turned to heat at night to keep it at that temprature. As others have mentioned, the tap water temprature in the bathroom was lukewarm at most. the taps in the sink and the kitchen sink was boiling hot- why the bath/shower couldn't be- this seems to be a constant problem at this hotel regardless of the room- the kitchen sink even has a booster for hot water so they realise the mains isn't good enough.
I wouldn't choose this hotel and wouldn't revisit out of choice, however it seems, that it is one of the better hotels on The gap which is filled with basic all inclusive hotels.
Room Tip: Even number rooms are pool view, odd numbers noisy road view.
