“If it gets any better than this,I haven't found it yet and I really get around”

In this incredibly busy world it is just amazing to be able to go to a place like Coco Point where life seems to slow down and world events take a back burner for a time. I just returned from 8 days at Coco Point. Next time it be longer. The beaches are utterly spectacular. The service beyond compare. My Brother and his wonderful girlfriend accompanied us on this vacation. It was their first time at Coco Point(our third). Dawn summed up all our feeling about this place one evening after another great dinner. Her statement was "The only way it can get better here is if it starts raining one hundred dollar bills!" . That is the best way I can think of to describe the feeling you get when staying here. Something else that many people fail to mention is the great Deep Sea fishing. This place has their own 40' sportfishing boat! We caught Mahi,Baracuda and just missed landing wahoo. We also saw some Humpback Whales while fishing just 2 miles from the resort. It was terrific!

“Awesome”

Just returned from Coco Point Resort. The resort is a little outdated but the management and staff were so wonderful it made up for it. There are no TVs here. We needed to watch the NFL football playoffs. ( our team was in them). The mangement made it possible for us to do that. We were ever so greatful. The food was good and we ate too much, take the little tours as it gives you something to do. I have to say the beach is the prettiest one in the caribbean. Sand so soft and water just right and sooooooooo clean. You can walk for miles. Our son came with and even he had a great time. The island people are nice too. Barbuda is tiny so 5 days was just the right amount of time.

“Imperfect-- but maybe the best place on earth.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2008

How does a high priced resort with rather ordinary, dated accomodations and limited amenities dazzle its guests and keep them coming back for decades? Maybe it is the vast, perfect, unspoiled beach covered with the softest, whitest sand imaginable....just a few steps from your bedroom door. It might be the impeccable, friendly service and some of the best resort food in the islands. Perhaps it is the welcoming, family-friendly, house party evironment where guests feel as members of a casually elegant, unpretentious club. It could be the easy access to the fully included activities including sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing and deep sea fishing.

Our well travelled family of 4 (including children age 8 and 12) spent a wonderful week at Coco Point in our first trip there this April. At first, we wondered why almost all the other guests would return year after year to this remote, decidely unglitzy spot. With each passing day we became more enchanted the simple beauty and the remarkable atmosphere of Coco Point. We have now joined the ranks of families who will make annual pilgrimages to this amazing place.
