This development NEVER opened and has remained a half completed eyesore for the last 3 years .
The site is excellent and although the bulk of planned rooms are not intended to be on the beach [ and there is a busy road between the main part and the beach] I would think it would be rather good if it had ever been completed. The developer just ran out of money; not sure if they were mixed up with Sanford but it was about the same time.
How this place can be listed at all escapes me.

“Hotel Complex looks closed”

This complex is not yet finished, and certainly is not open for trade at this time. All building activity has ceased and the only staff on site are security. Local rumour says that the developers have gone bust! Shame as the development looks great and is in a fantastic location.
