Just like staying with friends and family. Everyone shared plans and experiences at breakfast and Merlin and Josefa (sp) were more than service providers. They really took care of us! We like nice places and this was perfect. Too many beaches to need to be located on any particular one. Walking distance to Crocus Bay. Great beds. Small bathrooms but rarely in the room.

So comfy for a budget place here!!! Friendly staff, near beach and lovely beach bar.

Spent four days - no more is needed to explore Anguilla unless you are honeymooning/retiring or a beach fetischist. Had a tiny one person room with a small bath room (w shower only) - plenty of hot water and well lit. Bed was comfortable (queen size). Every day a thermos with fresh drinking water was placed on the table by my bed.
Free wifi in the vicinity of the office/reception. The great thing about Lloyds is the service provided by Marilyn and the crew - nice relaxed and friendly. AND the fact that you meet nice down to earth people staying there.
The Crocus Beach within walking distance is nice and the lunch served at the restaurant there was not overpriced and very good.
Since you anyway need a car to explore the off beach location of the BnB doesnt matter. The staff kindly assisted in making arrangements for car rental when I arrived.
However since it is "rural" bring your earplugs - the dogs will bark and the roosters will make the sound roosters do in the early mornings.

Lloyds is one of those family-run places where the owners have succeeded in establishing a tradition and manage to keep up the standards. What I liked most is the breakfast table which brings together all the guests. Wonderfully stimulating conversations with other travellers are the effect.
