This hotel is a gem, hidden in Konya's heart, just 5 minutes from the bazaar and Mevlana Museum. Ali is enthusiastic as hotel manager, and very good at transferring his enthusiasm to his guests. This is why, beside the hotel location and quality service, the nicest thing we found here was a warm and sincere hospitality. We felt like at home!

If you don't need any special luxury but a clean, quiet, comfortable and non-expensive place to sleep in Konya, this is your hotel. Very well located, half way between Aladdin Teppesi and Mevlana monument. The owner, Ali, is very helpful and charmining, and spends the quiet hours cleaning the hotel. You'll see him everywhere with the cleaning sprays!
Besides that, Ali is very honest too: he reduced the price pay when we ask for paying in advance since we were leaving early. As we weren't having breakfast next morning he decided to make discount. We didn't even ask for the reduction, less we expected it!
Summing up: if you spend a night in konya go for Ulusan Otel and Ali.

Well, thanks to Ali for his hospitality, he really built a corner of cosiness in big and noisy Konya. Hotel has a perfect situation and believe me, the decoration of hall will make you to smile =) The cost per night for singles is just 30 TRY with tasty breakfast.

Ulusan really made our trip to Konya! Ali is a darling could not do more to help. On our arrival he gave us a map of Konya, marked out the best places to visit and eat and showed us how to get from the hotel to the main street (2mins walk). The Hotel was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy, showers hot and powerful. There were little communal areas of each floor which was great as we were traveling in a group of 5. Breakfast was simple but tasty; a cheese panini, yogurt, dried fruit, chi and cake. The hotel is very well located only about a 10min walk from the mevlana museum. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel if I return to Konya. Thank you Ali for a wonderful stay!
