I could of stay by a friend in Trinidad if i wanted to see old dirty furniture rotting wood in the bath room, old stove, all faucet were dirty hard water stain, the front door has large space that you could see out side from the inside. Pool was not like the picture at all abit on the dirty side i must say no lawn chair to relax on. the A/C had a bocket under for the water that full up so fast it leaks out on the porch. power went one night for about 1 hr no one came up to ask if evert thing is ok or if i need a light . my husband and i had to used our cell phone to move around. I must say the grill is a must have the food was to die for the staff was very pleasent and friendly. to say again i will not ........... but to eat i will again.

After I booked this trip, I read some of the reviews and was very skeptical to go but I had already booked it. I figured the people who wrote the bad reviews were probably exaggerating. I'm not the type to complain and I can sleep almost anywhere and be comfortable. However, the hotel was dirty, there was spider webs in all the corners, the bath tub had someone's hair on the walls, the walls had holes, the AC was loud, the pool was extra small and dirty!! There were no knives in the apartment!! They hand wrote their names on the towels. Customer service was horrible. You had to bring EVERYTHING, shampoo, lotion, dish washing liquid, paper towels, etc.! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!

The hotel didn't look much like the pretty pictures we saw when we ordered it. The pool is really small and dirty, the furniture (both in the rooms and in the lobby area) was filthy and the bedlinen was dirty. The AC in the livingroom didn't work. The bathroom window could not be closed, causing the room to be full of mosquitos at all hours. In addition to this, there were roosters in the back yard that started calling at each others at 0130 in the morning. We tried talking to the girl in the reception about all these things, but she just shook her head and told us nothing could be done.

We only stayed half the time we had booked, then we took in at another hotel. We knew we hadn't booked a fancy hotel, but seriously? Definitely not worth the money, you can get much better accomodation for the same price even in Tobago.

On the plus side, the food in the restaurant was okay, and when you get used to the route taxis you're not really far away from anything. There was also a casino on site, but we never tried it.

My friends and I got there first to begin we were having a lovely trip but the pool was a green colour like the pool was dirty or something and when we inquired about the colour they said that it was the colour they painted the pool...we didnt go in for the whole 3 days we were there.
Then to top it off like they had two remote controls for the a/c units one for upstairs and the other for downstairs. How we realised that is because when my fiancee and I got back to our rooms the room was a little chilli so we decided to turn down the a/c but cldnt find the remote control anywhere.
When we went to tell the receptionist about it she then told us that she took it from our room. I find that was poor conduct.
However the restaurant on site was nice....great food
