Spent a couple of nights in this B & B to celebrate my 50th birthday. Very accomodating hosts who went out of their way to make our stay most pleasant, nothing was too much bother for them.
The ethos is as an organic / recycle business very much based around outdoor activities, so it very much met our requirements, as long as the weather is good!
Dunkeld is a lovely place to visit with fine variety of shops beautiful walks around, in woodland or along the river Tay.

adrian made us very welcome gave us good advice on eating out . Very comfortable room, nice to know that the breakfast was organically sourced and local all in all just what we were after for our stop over on the way up north.

I booked to stay for one night on the strength of the reviews but was very dissapointed.We did not get a warm welcome..Children racing up and down the stairs screaming,they belonged to staff! The hall was scruffy and the stairs needed cleaning.The ensuite was very pokey.The bed creaked and squeaked every time you moved.Breakfast was ok but I do not like ordering what you want the night before.No fresh fruit..Nobody told us about the car park. Remote missing for the tv.After spending two weeks travelling around Scotland and staying in several superb b&b's we were very dissapointed with this one. I wish I had gone elsewhere.The stay spoilt our last night of a wonderful holiday.

This five-room B&B is in the small village of Birnam, close to Dunkeld. Adrian was very helpful in getting in contact with our daughter who had missed her plane. The breakfast was good with fresh raspberries a special treat.

Our double room was cramped, but adequate, as was the bathroom. Lots of stairs to climb.

At Adrian's recommendation we drove to Dunkeld (3 minutes) where we had a good dinner at the Taybank pub & restaurant. The pub was full, but there is a dining room upstairs.

Adrian takes credit cards, which was a nice change of pace from having to have cash for most of the other B&B/guest houses we stayed in.
