“Great Vacation Location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Location is great, away from the chaos of the high rise hotels and resorts. Near ocean with lots of snorkeling and beach opportunities nearby and windsurfing lessons on site. Beautiful view of the ocean and picture postcard sunsets just across the street.Very quiet. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy but lots of mosquitos in our room.
Biggest negative was the room switch, we reserved and had a confirmation for one of the new ocean front rooms, very open, bright and sunny with a great view of the ocean. Instead they put us in one of the older rooms at the opposite end of the building, one small window in the front of the unit over the sink but no where near the view and accomodations we would have had if we had been put in the room we had been promised and had a confirmation for.
Not all of the units were occupied so they easily could have moved us, very disappointing in that regard. Tourist guide books say there is a fruit breakfast served - No- not true.

Room Tip: Just insist you get the room you are promised.

“Great Vacation spot!”

I went with my sister and stayed in the Aruba Beach Villas in December. Our room was the perfect size and very comfortable. It was right across from the beach, which is beautiful in Aruba! It was very homey feeling and clean. The maids were very nice and considerate. I even learned to windsurf right there! Aruba Beach Villas offers windsurf lessons and they were great! I will definitely be coming back for more! I also really liked how it was a tiny bit down from all the large hotels along the beach that many tourists stay at. This was much more welcoming and less crazy with tourists. I highly recommend this location!:)

“fun learning to windsurf over the holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 January 2012

I went to Aruba Beach Villas for the holiday. The weather was lovely, and I learned how to windsurf. There was a ton of activity just a bit down the beach, which was great. And when we wanted to relax, we went out to the beach in front of the villas. The bed was super comfortable as I like firm beds. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, and there were always plenty of fresh towels, something that is super important for me when staying at a beach/water location. Definitely a great trip.

Room Tip: when facing the villas, the room farthest on the left was where we stayed. great kitchen/eating area...

“Awesome trip once again”

This was my second time here at Aruba Beach Villas - this time I brought my two older daughters (21 and 19). They took wind surfing lessons and they got so much personal attention - they loved it! We were here for four nights - the only thing I would have changed is that it rained a bit the first day. After that, everything was perfection. This stay we had a deluxe one bedroom with a king size bed and there was a daybed twin size in the very large living area. The kitchen was full size and was great for our breakfasts and lunches. The room was right on the ocean with a huge window and glass french doors leading to a large covered deck area. The view was spectacular - beautiful water and sunsets! We walked many times to the resort and shopping areas for our nights out - perfect place to stay with all amenities, great location, but a manageable price range. You can't go wrong with Aruba Beach Villas, much better choice for a home away from home vs. hotel room living.
